TrustVra is a proprietorship-based financial consultancy and Direct Selling Agent (DSA). We aim to provide transparent and professional services to our customers.
TrustVra does not charge any guaranteed or mandatory upfront fees for loan, insurance, or credit card approvals.
If any consultancy, documentation, or service support fee is charged, the same will be clearly communicated in advance.
Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation of services by contacting us via email before service initiation.
🔹 Refund
Once consultancy or documentation work has started, no refund shall be applicable.
Fees paid for services already initiated or completed are non-refundable.
No refund will be provided for delays or rejections caused by banks, NBFCs, or insurance companies.
TrustVra shall not be responsible for decisions made by third-party institutions.
